AND DELIVERY

All prices include VAT. We ship to Switzerland duty and tax paid, so taxes and import duties are already included in the price there. Denmark, Sweden, Poland, Czechia and Hungary are charged in local currency, where we convert the shipping cost and the free-shipping threshold at the current rate. Your actual shipping cost is shown at checkout. Delivery times include one to two working days of processing and can shift by one to two days when we are busy, for rural addresses or when customs clearance is involved.

When your parcel leaves

Order Monday to Friday before 10 pm and your parcel goes out the next working day. Later than that, at the weekend or on a public holiday, it goes out the day after. Pre-order items are the exception, their shipping date is on the product page.

Where your parcel is

As soon as it is on its way, you get the tracking number by email. Use the link in that shipping confirmation to see where your parcel is at any time.

How you can pay

Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and credit or debit card. Plus the local methods: EPS in Austria, Bancontact in Belgium, BLIK in Poland, MobilePay in Denmark and MB WAY in Portugal.
